One of the axioms of human life is that civilization can not be achieved except by science, and that science is only promoted by teaching and learning, and that education does not yield its natural fruit except through a highly qualified and well-qualified teacher. The society desires. Therefore, attention to the development of the teacher's preparation is an imperative necessity required by the current circumstances of the community.
As the components of the social and economic context of the community environment that seek to upgrade, are constantly changing their content and their interactions with each other. As education is the tool of society to prepare generations capable of positive interaction with change and participation in its making. This and others impose on the system of education and learning and the institutions of teacher preparation need to agree with these changes and meet their requirements, especially as they enjoy the support of the political leadership.
Therefore, the faculties of education, which are responsible for the preparation of the teacher and the continuous improvement of efficiency and quality, are required to assume their responsibilities towards the advancement of the system of teaching, learning and training to effectively contribute to the advancement of society to take its rightful place in the marathon of the manufacture of human civilization.
This requires that the faculties of education take the lead in their development efforts and review their programs, policies and structure, drawing on past national efforts, relevant global experiences and Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030.
